Who We Serve
We provide a safe, confidential space for those who are hurting behind closed doors and carrying heavy burdens alone. If you have ever cried yourself to sleep, felt fractured in strength and spirit, or felt reduced by life's hardships, you belong here.

FMLA & Disability Documentation
We are in-network with most major insurance providers and also welcome self-pay clients.
We strive for maximum transparency regarding your costs. An estimate of your fees will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, because exact fees depend on your insurance provider's real-time eligibility benefits, final costs are determined once we receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOB). We highly encourage you to call the mental health number on the back of your insurance card to verify your "outpatient mental health office visit" benefits. Written copies of your Good Faith Estimate are available upon request.
Faith-Based & Christian Therapy
Dr. Samaria warmly welcomes and honors the integration of faith practices into the therapeutic process. However, KCC strictly prohibits the imposing of religious or spiritual biases on our clients. We do not discriminate against, show prejudice toward, or decline consumers who do not practice a faith or who choose not to incorporate spirituality into their sessions. We are a licensed mental health agency dedicated to clinical diagnosis, assessment, and treatment; faith integration is entirely optional and meant solely as a supportive addition for those who desire it.
Conflict of Interest & Dual Relationships
To maintain the highest ethical standards, Dr. Samaria and the agents of KCC do not engage in activities that present a conflict of interest. We do not offer therapeutic services to any individual where a dual relationship exists or could be implied.
Dr. Samaria is active in the community as an author, speaker, and community leader. While you may encounter her through social media, church, or public events, we do not intentionally solicit or engage outside acquaintances into therapeutic relationships. We maintain strict professional boundaries to protect your therapeutic journey.

- Depression, anxiety, and PTSD
- Psychotic disorders and complex trauma
- The deep desire to transition from brokenness to wholeness

Important Registration Rules:
- Insurance Verification: Must be completed prior to your first appointment.
- Registration Packet: This will be emailed to you and must be completed at least 24 hours before your session. Incomplete packets will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
- What to Bring: Please bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card to your first session.
- Please note: We do not offer free or pre-consultation sessions.
FMLA & Disability Documentation
- Policy: No. Our therapists do not make clinical judgment calls regarding your capability to work, nor do they assess for disability determination.
- Paperwork: KCC will not complete FMLA paperwork, disability documentation, or sign off on medical leave.
- Records: You may request copies of your clinical records, diagnoses, and treatment notes at any time by providing standard written consent.
- Policy: No. Dr. Samaria and KCC staff do not make court appearances, provide legal statements, or offer judgments regarding custody, placement, reunification, lawsuits, or claims of any kind.
- Subpoena Fees: If a therapist is legally summoned to court on your behalf for any reason, you will be billed a mandatory fee of $150 per hour. We require a retainer fee of 1,500 dollars. This fee must be paid in full prior to your next therapy session, is not covered by insurance, and is strictly non-refundable.

- Upfront Payments: All co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are due upfront at the time of your session.
- Insurance Compliance: Per our contractual agreements with insurance providers, we cannot discount services, waive co-pays/deductibles, or issue "promise to pay later" invoices.
- Refunds: There are no refunds or exchanges issued for services rendered.
