- For those who secretly hurt behind closed doors. For those who have ever cried themselves to sleep at night. For those who need to meet with a licensed caring professional to help you deal with the real you. For those who have been abused (sexually, emotionally, physically, psychologically). For those seeking to be made whole. Those who secretly suffer with depression, PTSD, anxiety, depression and psychotic disorders. There is help for you.

Because there are those who are; broken meaning ruptured, torn, fractured, weakened in strength and spirit, tamed, trained and reduced to submission, infringed upon or violated.- When can I get started?
- Contact us to schedule your appointment 0r you may visit our patient portal to schedule your own appointment. We have flexible appointments available to accommodate your schedule. We require that you verify your insurance prior to coming your appointment. Your registration packet will be emailed to you at the email your provide. Your registration packet must be completed 24 hours before your appointment or your appointment will be automatically canceled. Along with the form you will need to bring your ID and insurance information to your first session.
- Will my therapist complete my FMLA paperwork and/or complete my paperwork if I am applying for disability?
- No
- Our therapist, does not make clinical judgement calls in regards to your ability to work, does not assess for work capability, WE DO NOT complete documentation to disability determination stating such. The therapist DOES NOT complete FMLA paperwork or sign for clients to be out of work for any period of time other the time in time out of the therapy appointment. You may request copies of my records indicating mental health diagnosis, treatment, notes as you consent at any time.
- What if I have a pending court appearance?
- NO
- Please note that your therapist nor any KCC Staff will make court appearances on your behalf, the therapist does not make statements in regards to legal proceedings. Does not make judgements in regards to any custody issues, placement, reunification, lawsuites, disability determination, return to duty or claims of ANY kind. If my therapist is summoned to court on my behalf for any reason, I will be charged a fee of 150 dollars per hour, which is to be paid in full before my next therapy appointment and is not covered by my insurance. There are no refunds or exchanges issued .
How much does it cost to see a therapist at KCC?
We are in network with most insurances and accept out of pocket pay. Your exact out payment is dependent upon your INSURANCE provider. For those not using insurance the general cost is between 100 to 150 dollars. This is a range and dependent upon the specific service provided.
Co-pays, co-insurance, deductible must be paid upfront at the time of the session. My therapist does not issue promise to pay later, after session invoices or reduce my payment as this is assigned by the insurance company. Your insurance requires your therapist to obtain the payment at the time of service. Your therapist does not discount your service, co-insurance, deductible or copay because he or she is contracted with your insurance company and must maintain these requirements as specified by the contract between the therapist, and the insurance company. There are no refunds or exchanges for services rendered.

Dr. Samaria does welcome and assist our clients in incorporating their faith practices into the therapy. However it is understood that she nor any agent of Kingdom Creative Counseling PLLC imposes or forces any religious or spiritual bias towards the consumers we serve. We do not decline, display prejudice or discriminate against any consumer who does not have a faith or religious practice or chooses not to incorporate their faith/religion into the session. The consumer is free to incorporate or not incorporate their faith/religious practices into their session. We are a mental health agency that provides treatment, assessment, and diagnosis of mental health disorders, conducted by a licensed mental health professional. Incorporating your faith/religion is simply an addition, meant to assist the consumer.
Disclaimer: Conflict of Interest
Dr. Samaria nor any agent of Kingdom Creative Counseling PLLC engage in any activities that would be considered conflict of interest. She does not offer any therapeutic services to any potential consumer with whom a dual relationship could occur or be implied. It is understood that she also offers a wide variety of services outside of her chosen profession. She does not willfully or knowingly offer services or engage in any alternative interest, financial or otherwise, direct or indirect, or engage in any business or transaction or professional activity or incur any obligation of any nature. There maybe times with an individual may become aware of her through different venues such as word of mouth, social media, author or speaker events, church or other community events, we do not intentionally engage or elicit outside therapeutic relationships with consumers.
Good Faith Estimate Act: While we try to be as accurate as possible when verifying benefits, your fees may change depending on your eligibility and benefits during the date of your sessions. An estimate will be given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, we may not know your exact fee until we bill your insurance and get your explanation of benefits back from your insurance company. You are also encouraged to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask your member representative what your 'mental health, outpatient, office visit' benefits are. Please let us know if you have any questions. A copy of your good faith estimate can be provided in writing at your request.
We do not offer pre-consultation or free consultation sessions.
